- Travelling to Le Hutereau from the UK -

Most people travel to France by ferry. Brittany ferries, P&O and DFDS all have regular crossings from the UK and Ireland. If you are intending to use Brittany Ferries for your crossing, please use our 20% discount code before booking.

Travelling time from the ports to Le Hutereau:
Saint Malo - 1 hour, Caen - 2 hours, Cherbourg - 2 hours 20 minutes, Le Havre -2 hours 50 minutes, Calais - 5 hours, Roscoff - 3 hours, Dunkirk - 5 hours 30 minutes, Dieppe - 3 hours 25 minutes.

Eurotunnel operates a service from Folkestone to Calais.

Ryanair and Flybe operate between various UK airports and our local French airports Rennes and Dinard. There are regular flights during the summer months, but they run less frequently over the winter.

Le Hutereau is only 40 minutes away from Laval which is our nearest TGV train station. It only takes 90 minutes to get from Paris to Laval on the TGV.

EUROTUNNEL

EUROTUNNEL

The Eurotunnel runs from Folkestone to Calais and has up to four departures per hour. The crossing to France only takes 35 minutes. The journey from Calais to Le Hutereau takes about 5 hours.

Alternatively, if you are a foot passenger, Eurotunnel can be used to get to Paris from where you can catch the TGV into Laval. A hire car will be necessary to get from Laval to Le Hutereau which is only 40 minutes away.

FLIGHTS

FLYBE
Flybe operates flights from various UK airports into Rennes, Caen and Paris. Flights take about 1 hour. The airport at Rennes is about 1 hour from Le Hutereau, Caen is 2 hours and Paris is 90 minutes by TGV.


RYANAIR
Ryanair operates a limited service between East Midlands or London and Dinard or Manchester and Paris.
